I never have any problems at Specialists in Dermatology. Everyone who assists me is polite and friendly. My treatment is always spot on. The providers listen to what I have to say and work to resolve my issues. I strongly recommend Specialists in Dermatology!
Idk really what to say the staff other then the receptionist were not friendly to me anyway & the assistant that numbed up my mole for my mole removal DID NOT tell me what he was doing at all didnt explain anything to me at all he stuck a needle right into my mole to numb it & while of course i knew id be getting it numb it wouldve been nice to give me a heads up & it burned sooo bad so maybe given me a fair warning of what to expect wouldve been nice & Dr Wu came in and pulled out my mole root & all in literally 4-seconds &... read more

I really like Specialists in Dermatology. I am not a fan of all the messages I receive telling me there is a message I need to read when none of them have to do with my patient record. Instead, they all want a rating. If I don't answer, more come in.
Dr, W. Hu and every team member of her’s I have met during my four years of being treated at “Specialists In Dermatology” have been absolutely amazing. They are positive, upbeat, great listeners (I could go on and on but you get the message). Even when calling in to reception, I never encountered a long wait on hold. To sum up, if you are in the Tucson Area and need Dermatological Treatment, I very, very highly recommend that you go here.
