I bought my vehicle about 3 years ago never had an issue . Sale person and sale went great. I noticed the past two services it’s been going drastically down hill . First of it started the last time when I ask about my free oil changes could not get a straight answer so I gave up . My last oil change and tire rotation couple days ago cost me 195 $ . Ashley was extremely helpful throughout the whole car buying process! I highly recommend her and this dealership!
Friend had a battery changed… for over $700!!! No other issues - a simple battery replacement! This place took advantage of her and over charged for diagnostics and the battery itself. Shame on you! Don’t go here unless you want ripped off. We are contacting the State AG to report this business practice.
