going on three years living in this park,sadly this was a nice and calm place to live,but things started to change,now u see children playing in the middle of the street,which is not that big of a deal but theirs tenants that think this park is a highway,going 25-30 miles an hour,and the sad part is that the manager does not do anything about it,she is never here and when she is she never returns your calls or answer the door.o and lots and lots of potholes in the entrances....
The entrance is horrible there is nothing but potholes everywhere. The management is horrible and does not care about her tenants. She makes ridiculous demands of her tenants and refuses to fix the problems we see on our street. She is never home and never returns the calls about problems. She refuses to give out the owners number or any type of contact information. This used to be a quiet community until she became manager and she has let thieves, and violence come into our mobile home park. I am not sure she does backgroun... read more
it would be a nice place to live but spaces are hard to come by. and itwould be nice to have some one to return calls
