Absolutely ridiculous visitors down to one and then if they swap out being told they might not get in again. Despicable they don’t have the resources (despite the extravagant cost of healthcare) to allow spouses, siblings, parents in together to care, not only for the loved one in the trauma center, but to support each other as care givers. Don’t send me bill and then bar me from helping my family.
My family has used the emergency room at Cornell on many an occasion over 30 years. We don't live in the city but we come in to the emergency room by choice for everything from broken bones to unknown ailments. Staff is simply wonderful and the doctors are all top-notch. Highly recommended
