I received this recommendation from a close friend. My hopes were high, however the experience has been disappointing on every level. First and foremost, read all documents asked to be signed before treatment. Although WC is an "in-network" provider for fertility services for UHC, there are many costs they will try to get you to prepay for. These services may be covered under your insurance, please always check first! If you sign a prepayment form and make payment, even if you submit the expense to your insurance, they cannot help you recover the amount above and beyond the "covered" amount. I come here for my regular checkups during the IVF process. It has been speedy — the blood collection process is organized, and the wait time for ultrasound is low. I recommend this location!
