Dingy office, INCREDIBLY disrespectful staff, they refuse ti answer phones. Just a terrible experience honestly go somewhere else if you can. 0/10 experience
Recently seen and admitted by the stroke team where my level of care in the ED was top tier. The physicians, techs and nurses worked like a well oiled machine. Now upstairs after I was admitted was another story. Being seen by less experienced residents who pretended to know what they were doing was downright dangerous. The attending doctor who helped her was worse (Dr. Nicholas Joseph Janocko). Not only does it take months to get an appointment, but thy constantly reschedule and then CANCEL your appointment at the last minute. And of course they consume the Primary Care neurologist Referral in the process, and don't give it back/release it into the system after they have failed to provide the service. Now I have to not only waste time waiting for an appointment that never comes, while being in pain and needing treatment, now I also have to go back to my Primary Care to get a new Neurologist referral so that I can g... read more
This is the WORST Neurology Clinic in the city, and they dont care about patients or their health. (1) It is staffed by clueless students. (2) The entire department does NOT participate in MyChart, so the only way to reach them is via phone call, which of course no one is answering or calling you back from. And the Docs, and Admins -of course - do not answer email.
