I brought my 3-year-old to this department for severe constipation and stool withholding. I chose this practice because Weill Cornell Medicine has an outstanding reputation. What we experienced here was shockingly substandard. The physician prescribed a clean-out protocol, including an enema and fiber supplement, and provided zero instructions. Don’t take your child here. They call you one day before the appointment and tell you that the appointment will be 30 minutes later than originally scheduled. When you arrive, they tell you that you are late, the doctor is not going to see you, and that you have to pay a no show fee. This scam is very old, and it would be ok, but they are working with sick children! They deny vital healthcare to kids. Zero empathy.
