They were not interested in treating me just bouncing me around the hospital like a hot potato while my symptoms got worse to doctors who tried to send me back to optomology so everyone gets paid by my insurance I guess while I get sicker. They would not refill my antihestimine and told me all the doctors were away vacation for the next 4 months when I tried to return rather than attempting to treat me or help me there manager called me to scold me and tell me I'm not allowed to be upset when talking to there staff because I... read more
After reading these mostly negative reviews, I was anticipating a nightmare appointment. But, as reality would have it, it was so positive that I left feeling much better than when I'd arrived! I was seen almost immediately. No waiting! Dr Ha did a very thorough exam. Afterwards, Dr Smith came in. "Wow!" is all I can say. This team exudes the professionalism, confidence, & human warmth that we all wish for our doctors. I'm actually looking forward to the surgery! HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! To schedule a surgery too many appointments!! Very LONG wait i requested a manager and she seems to be so busy i cant even remeber her name i believe someone told me her name is Tania!??? I will not come back here 0 stars
