This has been one of the most unprofessional healthcare experiences I’ve encountered in the city. I brought my 9-year-old daughter in for a follow-up appointment. She has been coming to this facility for years and was born at Weill Cornell, so her care and referrals have historically been coordinated within the Weill Cornell network. I've had painful uveitis for almost 2 months and getting the runaround from the ophthalmology Department refusing to send me to the appropriate specialist. Especially disturbing is their scheduler Corey Greene who made inappropriate disparaging and wrongful remarks to me in writing through the online messaging.

My 13-year-old needed glasses and is already a patient at their pediatricians office. While getting an appointment took well over a month, the day of the appointment went very well. We didn’t have to wait too long and the doctor was great with examining my son and giving him the prescription that he needed for glasses. Very good experience and I will be making an appointment for myself to attend this clinic as well.
