I went to Weill Cornell Medicine to volunteer as an organ donor for a loved one. Donating an organ is already a daunting and stressful process. It definitely was not made any easier by the Cornell Kidney Coordination team. The Cornell Patient Care Services team was dismissive, condescending, and rarely available to communicate with.
