Went to see Dr. Matthew D. Nguyen. Both him and his assistant were terrible - rushing through the appointment, not asking any personal questions, and just trying to get us out the door ASAP. These doctors need to be trained on some bedside manners and empathy - they think just giving a quick impersonal diagnosis is all that a patient needs. Also extremely disappointed that all they could come up with was "not much to be done about your situation".
When you call you're on hold for at least 25 to 45 minutes. When you call the doctor back and leave a message that you are still suffering, you don't get a call back. Very frustrating. Will never go back there or recommend anyone.
