The Dr who assisted me was kind and knowledgeable, and recommended that I receive an MRI as a next step but wouldn’t provide a referral. He stated that providing a referral could be “bias”. This was confusing because my GP provides referrals all the time for example, if I need a mammogram. Additionally, the facility has not been maintained. The office needs to be deep cleaned and painted. There were papers and charts stacks behind the desk, and I was asked to sign a laminated document with a dry erase marker.
