AVOID THEM AT ALL COST. I asked for a simple programming service. A guy named Dave, as my mother described he was probably younger than 20 years old and obviously no experience. She told me he was going based off YouTube videos to do the service!!!!!! I asked for simple 6 hours high speed programming from 6pm-12am, and he did it but also let me pool be programmed to filter at low speed from 9am-3:30(which I never asked for). Terrible customer service. Don't ever challenge Sean on anyhing. He doesn't like it. Who yells at customers to prove their point. I should have looked at reviews before signing up for service.
