I had difficulty with them not submitting claims to my insurance and insisting that the services I received were not covered by my insurance, though my insurance confirmed that it was in fact coveered. I went back and forth with them for 2 months before I even got my custom orthotics. I just received a bill (which isn't outstanding) in the mail from them for my visit from March and May 2017. They seem unorganized and very difficult when it comes to addressing problems.
