I went in for a service. Was actually very happy with the service I received, little bit of miss communication but nothing that ruined my experience. Gave me a better feeling about getting a service done at the dealership than the regular stigma.

Top notch Ford dealership…wish there were 6 stars!
Sent out a mobile tech which I’ve used before the guys name was Justin. He was with a guy named Chris who came out before both very professional knew what they were doing. Justin explained everything to me. He also let me know. I needed a rear back tire I would’ve never known because you couldn’t see it. Made sure I would be OK and offered other services they could do for me. I will definitely be calling back.
