Had a great experience here! Quick appointments, thorough medical evaluation, and had an overall great experience. Special shoutout to the medical assistant assisting me with my patch testing and, of course, Dr. Zheng for providing a great treatment regiment!
Dr. Zheng and her whole team have consistently displayed compassion, excellent care, and wonderful timely support during allergic reactions. I cannot say better things about their office in Needham as a whole. From the receptionists, to the nurse, to Dr. Zheng, everyone is kind and easy to talk to while also coordinating high quality care efficiently. They really came to bat for me when my insurance didn’t want to approve a life changing/ saving med for me. 10/10 recommend.
Great doctor, nurses, and reception people. I felt taken care of, treated well and with respect. Doctor seems very knowledgeable, understanding, and asks a lot of questions to really understand what’s going on and possible causes.
Dr. Zheng has a razor-sharp mind, an impressive command of knowledge beyond her specialty, listens intently, and inspires confidence. Highly recommend.
