Visited this place because of my medical examination for Canadian Immigration. Staff are not well organised and there is a lunch break from 12 to 1 pm.
Dr. Zheng is an outstanding physician who combines deep expertise with genuine compassion. She has helped me manage a difficult chronic condition and greatly improved my quality of life. Her office staff is equally dedicated—they worked closely with my insurance and secured approval for the best available treatment in record time. I am truly grateful for their care and would highly recommend this practice to anyone in need of allergy or immunology support.
Scheduling with Dr. Zheng was a breeze thanks to kind, well-informed, efficient work by a lovely person named Susan. She made the scheduling process easy and pleasant, and I really appreciated it given how stressful medical needs are to navigate!
Dr. Zheng is THE BEST! I was referred to her by my primary care physician following an allergic reaction, and she provided the absolute best care every step of the way. It was very easy to get an appointment (the two office locations made it extra convenient!). And she was always accessible whenever I needed her. Gave me meds that made me have suicidal thoughts. Never mentioned it had a black box warning. Needed an emergency inhaler and they would not help. Never again.
