The office communication and follow-through have been very disappointing. I’ve been waiting for a prior authorization for a bone health injection for more than two months, and it still hasn’t been completed. I rarely receive updates, and when I do speak with someone, I’m assured the issue will be addressed right away — but there’s never any follow-up.
