This place. I’ve done my sleep test twice it’s seems that their phones don’t work. I’ve called left Messages for a return call and I’m still waiting. My first experience wasn’t great at all. I was a patient there for nearly two years. I had a fantastic PA, Hayley — truly one of the best healthcare professionals I’ve worked with. But unfortunately, the rest of the experience was a nightmare. When I first started going to Jiva, they told me they didn’t take Medi-Cal — so I paid $160 out-of-pocket per visit. Won’t ever answer their phone, been over a month since my test, can’t get ahold for my results or even to pay them. Don’t bother.
I would not recommend Dr J Bhat for thyroid issues. She prescribed a medication to me that is known to cause breathing problems, despite knowing I'd had problems with breathing on a previous thyroid medication. Her justification was that it could have been caused by a filler; however, if the medication itself is known to cause the same problem, it's irrelevant whether the filler caused the problem originally or not.
