2 different rooms. Both smelled damp or moldy… nasty. Alarm going off in hallways because of people vaping in rooms with drugged out customer @ front counter. This reviews is not based upon Erica @front desk. Management should have refunded money for this stay. Expedia will not be used anymore. Avoid this place. Fairfield across the parking lot worth the extra few dollars.
Terrible room! I stepped one foot in and one foot out because it smelled just like cigarettes and I requested a nonsmoking room! A lot of plp hanging around the lobby, I didn’t not feel comfortable! I immediately cancelled my reservation only to still be charged for the room that I did not sleep at! Once I asked for a refund, instead of genuine apology or concern, I got a rude reply asking “& why” I would never recommend this hotel!
