Really great staff. They are friendly and helpful. I never felt bad if I had a week that I gained weight. The tools and trick you learn from others are so valuable. I loved going to the meetings.
Just follow the plan and the weight comes off! I've been losing an average of 2-3 lbs a week!!!! The meetings give ideas for recipes, how someone may cope with temtation, how not to be disappointed if you gain and how to look at it not as a failure but as a beginning of your success! I've lost 20 lbs and counting! Thank you Weight Watchers!
