What a great group of people. Our leader Darlene and secretary Mary are the best. I go to the Tuesday morning meeting at 9:30 and get lots of good advice and things to think about in my weight-loss journey. Darlene and Mary are very supportive and so are the people in our group.
I love the meetings to keep me motivated and on track.
Our Thursday Morning "Waist Watchers" group are the best. A lot of wonderful people in the group
Yvonne and Martha on Monday mornings-they are the best!
Nice work today. I'm going to start suggesting GHG with my students. They so desperately need this kind of guidance .
