Weight watchers teaches you how to eat regular everyday food with portion control by using points. I was trying to keep up with someone else's eating life style which was very foreign to me. I became very discouraged and lost hope until my sister convinced me to head back to weight watchers. That's the best thing I ever did! Plus I've lost 9.4 lbs in 3 weeks. I have found hope once again! Here's to weight watchers!
