I recommitted myself tonight after rejoining in September with not attending any meetings & slowly stopped tracking my food. So very happy attended David's meeting, he's a total inspiration. Group tonight was amazing, just what i needed. Glad to be back & ready to make a big difference this year 😊
Very motivating!! People were nice and staff were informative and professional and you could tell they enjoyed what they were doing 😊 I will be back next Friday!! 😁
