Weight Watchers (as I know it well)is/was my source for losing my exsist weight that was causing health problems. Becoming HEALTHY is a by-product of why WW works for me. You may want to change your name, meetings etc., BUT 99.9% of folks seeking out WW is for FIRST, losing weight. Great science-based "WHOLE" program. Has become my everyday, workable, uplifting lifestyle.
It is working for me and I feel so much healthier.
The whole experience is wonderful. Very welcoming and inviting. Very motivating and enthusiastic. I love this place. The people are great. It feels like a family. Love it!
