it is easier than in the past
I started back three weeks ago and have lost 8 lbs on the new program. I attend the Tuesday evening where Mary is the Coach. I was a Diamond leader a couple years ago at this location and Mary was and still is a great leader (Coach). I LOVE this new program. It is exciting that my daily points carry over daily and some of my favorite high protein foods are free. I build my meals around them. Some of the new snacks are yummy!
