I have been trying to cancel my membership due to financial reasons I could no longer afford it. Told me I would have to pay a cancellation fee of $63. I told them that if I can’t afford the $33 a month I can’t do $63. I was told there was no way to override that function and I would have to pay $63 to cancel. For the past 4 to 5 they have been taking $33 out of my account and putting me in the negative with my bank account.
