RecommendedIf you want to loose weight then join weight watchers. You can follow the point food plan online as well in the weekly meetings given and talk to others on how they lost weight in a friendly position environment! The staff are friendly and helpful as well supportive!

Great class. Joanne is a personable, knowledgeable, and friendly group leader who conducts every meeting in an inclusive manner. She is one of the reasons I have not missed a single meeting since I joined in September 2017.

LOVE my WW meetings! Jo-Ann is a great leader...this is not my first rodeo with her leading meetings I have attended...and the large group of regulars who attend the meeting that I do are such great supporters of one another, regardless of what is happening in our personal lives. We also have about 6-8 lifetime members who are there week after week, reminding us that 1) it is a journey, and 2) that it is sustainable over years, if you stay committed to yourself and this healthy lifestyle. So livable!
I love my meetings. Its gets my mind ready for a new week.Joann is awesome as are all the people there. They welcomed me in just like family.
