RecommendedIf you are struggling this is a great way to get going. I joined only 3 days ago already down 6.4 # from the day I started. I have done nothing except track the food no extra activity yet. Just trying to get the weight down so I feel like doing the activity.
People are fun and lively! Instructor was knowledgeable! Had a wonderful meeting!
