I'll be first to admit I put on the 'quarantine 15' with all the craziness this past year. Kevin's programing slapped me back to reality. I might have cried a little a first....but now I feel the best I've felt in months! Really can't say enough good things about this facility. I'm not a fan of big classes and this space works out perfectly for more focused attention. Highly recommend!

Weight Room Sports Performance has just started, but Kevin has been essential to my fitness for the past 5 years. He knows his stuff and knows how to relate to his athletes. As a world level figure skater, he knows how to push your limits in the weight room for you to achieve any goal you have. HIGHLY recommend anyone of any age level to work with Kevin and his team.
