Very bad service was recently disqualified for no reason due to lack of information and communication they give you one meeting with info then the rest is guessing game ? Very disappointing they need more 1 on 1 with nurses and give more information pre surgery
My experience over the last 8 years has been very sufficient. I call and get what I need. If I need to see a nurse or NP I’m booked in and they manage my ongoing Iron requirements. Every person I spoke with has been kind and efficient. I had surgery 8 years ago and this clinic still manages my health in partnership of my family doctor. This program saved my life. I am grateful we have this program and the staff supporting me.
Had a great experience here. Got my surgery done. They were always helpful and still are!
The staff are rude and unqualified. Not only is theyit equipment out of date but some rude patient coordinator closed my file based on “mental health” these people shouldnt be working in hospital with all their judgements.
