Went to this clinic many years ago twice. I am a dietitian and suggested to Dr. Dent that this disease could have a genetic component. He said I was wrong! Please research this. It does!!!! The staff were non informative and seemed to just run through the program as robots.
Extremely disappointed with the weight management clinic and post-operative care After what we have experienced, I feel compelled to speak up because this situation is absolutely unacceptable. My wife recently underwent bariatric surgery through the weight management clinic. After being discharged following her surgery, she developed significant complications and needed medical attention again. Very bad service was recently disqualified for no reason due to lack of information and communication they give you one meeting with info then the rest is guessing game ? Very disappointing they need more 1 on 1 with nurses and give more information pre surgery
My experience over the last 8 years has been very sufficient. I call and get what I need. If I need to see a nurse or NP I’m booked in and they manage my ongoing Iron requirements. Every person I spoke with has been kind and efficient. I had surgery 8 years ago and this clinic still manages my health in partnership of my family doctor. This program saved my life. I am grateful we have this program and the staff supporting me.
Had a great experience here. Got my surgery done. They were always helpful and still are!
