Guys, your weigh station status sign is not working! Doesn't say open or closed, it's just off. I passed by it several times in the last week or so, and wasn't sure if I should go in or not, because again, the sign isn't working.. you guys had the pre-pass off this morning, August 27th 2024 so I never got a signal to go in
Who was the genius decades ago at the Tennessee Department of Transportation who thought it was a good idea to place truck scales on a hill and near the split of two highly congested interstate junctions. Both north and southbound locations cause back ups and are accidents waiting to happen.
State Officer Brian Ramsey is most definitely a great and knowledgeable guy!He thoroughly performed a Level 2 inspection on my truck and trailer.Officer Ramsey is proficient and he takes his job seriously!Anytime you can hold a decent conversation with an officer and he literally respects and responds to you in a decent manner without belittling or making you feel uncomfortable is a BLESSING.TENNESSE,know that you have a great guy at this post!!!Thanks Officer Ramsey for keeping us truckers safe!God Bless you!!!
