Maybe all these other reviews are somewhat good because they about repair jobs... but let's talk about Weigel Homes as a new home builder. We do not recommend that anyone buy a house that was built by Weigel Homes in the last few years. We bought a new home built by this company less than 4 years ago. Since then, we have had electrical and plumbing problems (no regulator valve!!) where respective contractors remark "Wow - this is barely up to code".
