Rented a apartment from them and stayed for 3+ years. Never a day late for rent, Never a noise complaint. When we moved the apartment was left cleaner then when we moved in. All was good even got most of the damage deposit back. I have lived under this company for 3 years , year 1 was very responsible. I was paying $985 with 2 cats . Even though they only vacuumed the building , oh , maybe every 2 months the rent was cheap enough I don’t complain. Year 2 , I get a $215 increase!! Insane right and pretty greedy… not as bad as year 3 ! Pure greed to go up $265 more for $1465 total and charging for heat water and gas on a flat rate now too ! The whole place at birch terrace has become a dump Donna is letting anyone move in now it's gotten bad here since the end of 2024 trash is always full homeless ppl honking for new tenants disturbing neighbors just absolute trash in here now dog shit everyday everywhere it's like a reserve stay far away Donna is a liar also no locks in front door or cameras unsafe homeless using place as a toilet and sleeping In lobby she jacked my rent up more then a 100 she's broken her end of the lease agreement ten fold I have pictures vi... read more
