Friendly but due to their poor communication and disorganization I would not use therm or recommend them. The settlement time and place was not disclosed until 2 hours before it happened and once there they added a charge they shouldn’t have and promised to mail check the next day but over a month has gone by I have yet to receive it despite several phone calls. Do not use these people!!

This title company is inept. I was involved in the sale of my deceased parents' home that settled on 12/14. There were multiple parties that were required to sign documents in order to close on the house. Because of this, some of the parties were able to get the documents signed and notarized prior to closing. The day before closing, in the late afternoon, the title company informed our agent that the documents may need to be re-signed and re-notarized due to errors on the title company's end. Sold a home on 12/21/23. Check received was held at the bank for 2 weeks ( partly because of holiday) but upon calling for information ,the reason was unknown signature. Called Weichert Title. Response. Oh yeah we recently changed who signs are checks. Sorry. So buyers have the house and we still do not have any proceeds! It will be three weeks before it’s cleared or returned Be warned.

Lori Spitler is sometime very difficult to work with and demanding. It really makes for an unpleasant transaction when her group is doing a closing.

Weichert Title is the best. Never have I seen such professionalism when handling a closing. My family is very happy!
