This man is dishonest and a con. He illegally forced us to buy floor plans for a home HE failed to build for us in 2017. He kept $900 of our down payment stating it was for the floor plans and refused to release us out of the contract. This prevented us from being able to buy a home elsewhere with a new realtor. He knew that. He was the one who defaulted on our contract!
