This company is not good for our city. They are making affordable housing a thing of the past. Just another group buying up homes flipping them and driving up the market so that individuals don’t have this option.
I rent at the Sun Terrace apartments and I met with Nora today who was so much help and a big inspiration on my next move.
Rented from them 2 years. A shady greedy business. They are purely interested in money. All contact is outsourced. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. Businesses like this should not exist and the only way to stop them is to quit feeding them.
The dude driving the company truck doesn't stop at stop signs and pulls out in front of you literally making you almost wreck. If you can't drive properly how can you run a business? Wouldn't recommend.
