Very disappointed. Haven't received my deposit in over 2 months after moving out. We left the place spotless and they still charged a cleaning fee. We also left 2 weeks early and they had it rented before the month was up. When I followed up about the deposit funds they just said to keep checking the mail. I receive mail from overseas that arrives faster. No way it takes more than 3 weeks if it was actually sent out on time. Very shady.
I have purchased six homes and sold two through Tom Andrews over the last 15 years with nothing but great things to say. I have also had Tom handle the home purchase process with probably 100 people that I have recruited and relocated to Nashville over that time. His service level in impeccable.
