UPDATE. It’s now been a year waiting on street signs. HOA won’t pay for a street sweeper because they claim none service this area. We are paying monthly for “common area maintenance” but don’t have any common areas and they don’t even mow the empty spaces with 5 foot tall weeds that are supposed to be common areas. Still can’t get anyone to actually respond to emails or direct messages on Facebook. Stay far away from any neighborhood managed by this company.
