Stay far away from any neighborhood managed by this company. For months we’ve been asking for street sweepers to clean up the disgusting mess all over the roads. There are nails, broken glass, and shards of metal. Children are being hurt and this company doesn’t care. We have been missing several street signs, and a stop sign for MONTHS with never ending “it’s been ordered” responses and no results. Sidewalks with profanity. We pay this company as our “HOA” but not a single resident sits on a board, because we have no board.... read more
