Erin was extremely accommodating, responsive and professional. She put a lot of effort forth for my project on very short notice. I would definitley use her services again.
Clay did an amazing job on selling our house, helping us with purchase with our new home, and helping our son buy his first home. He went above & beyond for our family. HIGHLY recommend!!
Tim pulled some terribly shady shenanigans that goes against moral and ethical codes on all levels. He's not a man of his word. That used to mean something. It's guys like him that are responsible for the erosion of that. He should be ashamed of himself and so too should Tina for not making things right in the name of principle and morals. I wouldn't recommend this team to anyone. What a black eye for Paulson Land Company. Do yourself a favor and look for a better representation. Tisk Tisk
My father age 95 decided after entering assisted living to list his South Turtle Lake home. He wanted Paulson Land Company to sell his home. Steve Young provided a market appraisal and we listed with him. My father passed away. Steve helped sell the property at this difficult time. Steve was very good at keeping us informed every step of the way. The house sold immediately and we could not be more pleased with Steve’s handling of the whole process.
Tim McCarte was an amazing realtor to work with as a first time home seller. His communication was prompt and he was always available to answer the questions that came up. His kindness and professionalism made the process smooth and stress free! I would HIGHLY recommend Weichert Realtors to anybody in the selling, or buying, market…you won’t be disappointed!
