Tina is the best hands down, she is my first and only choice when it comes to real estate in the battle Lake area. I Will be definitely be using her in the near future for all my new home purchases. Take my advice choose Tina, you won’t just be disappointed.

Tim pulled some terribly shady shenanigans that goes against moral and ethical codes on all levels. He's not a man of his word. That used to mean something. It's guys like him that are responsible for the erosion of that. He should be ashamed of himself and so too should Tina for not making things right in the name of principle and morals. I wouldn't recommend this team to anyone. What a black eye for Paulson Land Company. Do yourself a favor and look for a better representation. Tisk Tisk
My father age 95 decided after entering assisted living to list his South Turtle Lake home. He wanted Paulson Land Company to sell his home. Steve Young provided a market appraisal and we listed with him. My father passed away. Steve helped sell the property at this difficult time. Steve was very good at keeping us informed every step of the way. The house sold immediately and we could not be more pleased with Steve’s handling of the whole process.
