I haven’t always been able to trust landlords or property managers in the past, but Anne Bierman has restored my faith in humanity, time and time again! When the refrigerator in my unit broke, she made sure to get it replaced (free of charge to me) so quickly so I could start cooking meals from home ASAP. I would not recommend anyone to rent a house through Mark Thomas Properties. My husband and I lived in one of their properties for a year. We received an email stating we have 60 days to state if we were moving out. Although, the email was not sent at 60 days, they emailed me only 30 days before my lease ended. They also raised the rent and failed to mention it in the email. I reached out and told them their mistake and how they failed to mention a very important aspect, that rent was being raised.
