Would not recommend. We were told a lot of things that normal people call lies. Im writing this review because one of the things we were told was an old lady lived at the property we purchased here by herself fell into poor health and was put into a home. So we move in and get raided by the police two separate times because apparently it was the largest drug den/dealer in the county and everyone seemed to know this except people that are not from here like us. We had a contract as a buyer and this company represented the seller. They asked for an extension then refused to sign the extension stating they didn’t request it. Allegedly because they had a different offer. After a month of thinking everything was alright, the house is currently being sold out from under us. A lawsuit can be filed. People might say Untrustworthy and greedy at best. Teresa Young was/is the agent working with the seller. I wish all the best
The company did not honor my sealed bids as promised and gave my personal information to a person I did not know without my permission. Joe Orr and BB told conflicting stories why this happened. The auction was poorly run and bids were ignored to benefits others including themselves. I hate this for the heirs of Evans Baird.
We were very fortunate to have Jenny Orr as our realtor! She was wonderful and just what we needed! She showed us a ton of houses without complaint and she made the experience fun. Jenny is very knowledgeable about the area and builders. With her help, we were able to find a house that we love! We highly recommend Jenny Orr! She has a lot of experience with relocation packages too and made our closing happen with no extra stress on us.
