I have been renting my home for some time now. In this time Mari has been wonderful! Everytime the tenants call her she is in constant communication with me, sending me photos of any and all the issues found and we create a game plan to have the issue resolved as soon as we can. My family has been renting a lovely home in Palm Bay, Florida for almost two years now. Unfortunately, we continuously have issues with our property manager Marielena Bates when we submit a maintenance request. There is a lack of communication and, more importantly, a lack of empathy.
