Absolutely knocked it out of the park!!! Mary Palerino is a rock star. My waterfront double wide in mid Florida lakes was on the market with another realtor for 8 months. Mary sold it in 21 hours!!! She staged it brought in a professional photo crew with drones and really hustled to the point of moving heavy old windows and making it look great. My money was in the bank 3 hours after closing. Do yourself a favor and hire her!!
