New Weichert Realtor, Hala Ataalla, left a solicitation notice on our door. Our neighborhood, Timacuan (Lake Mary) has clear 'No Solicitation' signs posted, which were not followed by Weichert. Please honor our rules.
They made this process go as seamless as possible. They kept me informed every step of the way and made a very useful timeline to keep track of all of the to-do's throughout the process. They were very professional and went above and beyond to keep the client (me) comfortable, informed, and satisfied. Specific kudos to Whitney & Zach for all of the aforementioned accolades and for their quick and easy responses to all of my questions and requests. They really do it all.
Jeff Stewart was amazing to work with. He was extremely professional and very knowledgeable about the market. Jeff was fun to be around and I looked forward to house hunting appointments with him. Jeff let me talk out what I was thinking and vent now and then but took it in stride and gave advice when needed. The number one thing I can say is I will recommend him to everyone I know looking for a house and when it is time for me to sell he is the ONLY one I will call.
