Lonnell didn’t just helped me sell my parents condo, she helped me emotionally when all I did was cry because this place is very sentimental to me, because she did ALL the work to help me get everything in. , and physically help me clean the property when she didn’t have to. She is worth every penny of the portion she gets! I will recommend her to friends or family that is looking to sell or buy a home. She is positive and uplifting when I needed it the most. My husband and I had the absolute pleasure to work with Brandi Ferrone in buying our first house.
