1 Star I can confidently say this is a terrible property management company that will make your homes value go down. I've lived next door to one of their rental properties for over a decade, and the decline has been nonstop. The lawn died years ago — the St. Augustine grass was never watered and is now overrun with chinch bugs. Both my neighbor and I had to re-sod our front yards because bugs came out of properties lawn.
