No bueno they own the dirtiest home in our once nice neighborhood. now it's covered in trash and nobody mows except maybe once a year people going in and out all hours of the day and night 3 am fighting! all the cars have broken windows tail lights no tags on one it's a real eyesore this makes our property value go down.
I have been working Lisa Thompson for several months. Started out looking for a rental. She showed me multiple homes and when I decided to buy instead of rent she got to work immediately! She was always available to answer any questions I had and her spicy personality along with her honesty and dedication helped me stay focused towards my goal of owning my first home. I can’t thank that woman enough for her patients and words of encouragement. She is truly amazing and I couldn’t be happier in my new home!
Absolutely terrible company when it comes to rental property maintenance. I've asked for 6 or 7 years since they purchased a home next door to me, to just keep the yard and trash up. So simple. I've had to call animal control for 3 pitbulls fighting in back yard and biting thier resident, running lose in my yard, old thrown out furniture (a couch and 2 large chairs) sitting in the yard for weeks, trash in the yard which I'll pick up if it blows over to my yard or in the street, broken glass in the street, the smell of drugs ... read more
