If you’re thinking about renting from this company, RUN the other way. On April 30, 2026, I signed a lease with Hamady Robinson and the experience has been completely unacceptable from the start. The lease signing was done entirely over the phone, which already felt unusual, I informed staff i was available at 930 and staff told me that person was available at 1030, but for some reason he called me at 930 to do a verbal lease signing, but the real problems began after move-in. The amount of staff that I communicated to in the company and no one has talked to each one another is crazy. The receptionist talks so much without knowing all the details. It’s too many steps just to see the property.. I requested for the office to let know if I was approved for the property it’s been weeks without a follow up. The receptionist Ingrid has a smart mouth and it just left a bad first impression with me. I’m not calling to discuss my bad experience just learn from this review.
