The details are too many to write about, so I will keep it simple when I say that Eric Pelkey and his broker, Gene, must be feeling some sort of way (guilty?) because they are not responding to normal questions that you should be able to ask of your agent! The real estate agent's performance was below average. For example, since we lived four hours away from the property, we requested that she arrange for a house inspection, but she initially refused to do so or be present during the inspection. She eventually agreed after we convinced her to do it, considering our distance from the property.
