The details are too many to write about, so I will keep it simple when I say that Eric Pelkey and his broker, Gene, must be feeling some sort of way (guilty?) because they are not responding to normal questions that you should be able to ask of your agent! When we interviewed Eric, he was a "yes" man. We told him how hard we had worked on our home, and we emphasized that we are both big on communication. We explained what we were expecting, i.e., a couple of Open Houses, marketing through social media, and good photographs, ... read more
