Hired Weichart to list a small property of mine. I was referred to them by another agent who was out of town. Very impressed at the listing appointment, went over all the information necessary including commissions. Received the Listing Agreement later that day that was as discussed although with an undisclosed term/fee in it under Additional Terms and Conditions. "Seller agrees to pay $500 listing fee".
