Biggest crooks ever. Absolute nightmare. Wasn’t looking for a landlord. How was this not a sham dual agency disclosure. Their three point cover story each part conflicted with the next. Not an ounce of contrition about anything. Who else is there to blame.

Worst realtor known to man. Not that we had high hopes going in. They blatantly swindled my retiree parents, one of whom is ailing from dementia, for the benefit of a working class first time homebuyer that couldn’t pay market value probably if they’d wanted to. Dual agency, strategic pricing, full on con job. (And/or incompetence on a colossal level.) Either way, avoid at all costs. Dual agency is illegal in 8 states. It should be here in Virginia.
