Highly disappointed in the customer service capabilities of At Waves Edge in regards to a recent vacation rental we rented hosted by this firm We recently recently booked a vacation rental in Beaufort managed by this company. Having booked our stay via Airbnb after adding our two guests plus one pet for three nights. We had three issues during our stay that were all documented via the Airbnb app. Upon arrival we had still not received check in instructions and had to ask for them. Absolutely terrible. Booked a rental several weels ago under the search criteria of “pet friendly” through air bnb. Received rental agreement today, see attached photos. Texted rental manager and all she had to say waw “air bnb, has your money, not our fault, their search engine.” Blah blah. Way to take accountability, absolutely horrible customer experience. 0/10 recommend.
